About

Postcard Clocks and Unique Wall Clocks are the designs of Ohio Artist Terri Meyer. Her creative path started in 1999 when she decided to become a full-time artist. Her primary focus started as a representational painter but evolved into graphic design as a secondary source of income. While selling at art festivals, her partner (now husband) suggested she add framed nostalgia to her merchandise. She took his advice and had the most successful show ever. What does this have to do with postcard clocks? Well, one idea leads to another. She decided to design clocks from the nostalgia that she was selling. She made a few prototypes in her studio and tested the market at the next festival. Again it was a hit. She began selling and designing more clocks than she could have imagined. Originally the clocks were made in her studio. But the workload became overwhelming, so she searched for a manufacturer to assist in the production. She found the company "Zazzle" that would make them for her, freeing her to do the fun part, design. She continues to paint and design clocks but is happy with the arrangement of having a manufacturing partner to produce and ship out her products. It solves the problems with inventory, shipping, and administrative work.
